About Sunshine State Law Firm

Simon Nicholson has always had a heart to serve others. At a young age, he and his family moved from Florida to the countries of Guatemala and later Mexico to serve the less fortunate. Simon and his family focused on helping the local youth through gang related outreach and also hosted medical teams from the US who would travel to remote villages to care for people in need. After living abroad for approximately 15 years, Simon returned to Florida, where his passion led him to pursue a career in Law and ultimately founded Sunshine State Law Firm. Simon naturally gravitated towards the practice areas of Personal Injury, Homeowners Insurance Claims, and Immigration Law, where he and our Sunshine team continue to help people in need.
