Description: Our client was a passenger in an RV with an attached trailer which was involved in roll-over accident on I-70 after a weekend in the mountains. The at fault driver lost control of his vehicle and struck the side of the RV while our client was in the back without a seatbelt on. The impact caused her to be violently thrown about the inside of the RV. Our client suffered from horrific injuries to her ribs, pelvis, head, spine, and spent 16 days in the hospital to save her life. Fortunately she was not paralyzed from the accident, but worked very hard over the following year to recover from her injuries over the following year. Mr. Krajewski was able to recover $1,300,000.00 for this client, which put her back on the road to financial, physical, and mental recovery after this accident.
