He has tried numerous felony and misdemeanor jury trials throughout the region. He has won numerous trials obtaining not-guilty jury verdicts in both felony and misdemeanor courts. He has represented thousands of people accused of crimes over the years. In his free time, Eric is an instrument-rated private pilot who enjoys flying light general aviation aircraft. He frequently flies himself to courts around Texas. He is also an avid offroad mountain biker.
